Our dedicated faculty and staff form the core strength of Bergen Catholic, and they prepare our students to lead both in and beyond the classroom.

Preparing students for life after Bergen Catholic is our mission, and investing in our teachers is a top priority. Faculty development retreats and workshops are vital to our teachers’ professional and spiritual growth and the creation of a thoughtful and engaging curriculum for our students. Several of our teachers have, or are pursuing, advanced degrees which ehnances the academic learning environment.
